Minister asked about scope of Bill C-10 regulation. Says only about “web giants” but his own dept disagrees. It points to: news sites podcast apps audiobooks workout apps sports streaming niche video streamers.

Was very alarmed to hear the Heritage Minister state his own definition of net neutrality in question period today. We should all be concerned when a Minister does not understand such an important principle.
